Intended Parents

• Must be a heterosexual couple, as single individuals are not permitted to pursue surrogacy under Georgian law. Both partners must be 18 years or older and provide legal identification.

• Must comply with all applicable surrogacy laws in their home country and Georgia.

• Should be legally married or in a recognized partnership, with documentation of their relationship.

• Must undergo psychological and medical evaluations (as required by partner clinics).

• Must provide all necessary legal and medical documents required to initiate the surrogacy process.

Surrogates

• Preferably aged 21-38, but exceptions may apply based on individual assessments.

• Should have given birth to at least one healthy child (recommended but not mandatory).

• Must pass a thorough medical and psychological screening process.

• Must provide complete and truthful information about medical and personal history.

• Should not have any criminal history or engage in activities such as smoking or substance abuse.

• Must be committed to attending all appointments and following medical guidelines provided by partner clinics.

Egg Donors

• Ideally between 20-35 years old, but exceptions may apply.

• Must be in good physical and mental health and meet medical criteria set by partner clinics.

• Should provide detailed and accurate personal and family medical histories.

• Must agree to the legal and medical requirements of egg donation, including the donation schedule.

• Must refrain from smoking, drug use, or other behaviors that could impact the donation process.

Legal Compliance

Payment and Refunds

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the signed agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.

Disputes

Prohibited Uses

Participants are prohibited from:

• Providing false information during any stage of the process.

• Attempting to contact surrogates, donors, or intended parents directly without authorization.

• Using the website or services for unlawful purposes.
